4 Week Ultimate Fit Package

Monthly (Month to Month Basis): $600
  • The plan includes workouts, meal planning, meal shopping, weighing in and tracking of food and activity
  • Workout plan provided for a minimum of 3 times per week for 1 hour each
  • Weekly check in and weigh in either on Sunday or Monday (15 min)
  • Access to trainer via text/email with questions
  • Versatile sample nutrition plan to give you choices of food and portion sizes
  • Client to track on a food calorie counter app and share with Trainer the day before weekly check-in
  • Grocery store shopping (1 hour per week) to understand food labels & food *
  • Cooking session once week (1.5 hours per week) *
  • Total weekly time 5.5 hours
  • Upgrade to 5 day a week plan for an additional $210 (savings of $22)
  • Upgrade to 90-minute sessions $75

Fitness and Nutrition Video Call

90 minutes: $100
  • During our 1.5 hour (90 Minute) Video call session you may ask me any questions you have on your mind about fitness, nutrition, healthy habits, and how to level up mindset to achieve powerful goals.
  • Before our session begins i will ask that you email me certain topics you want us to approach and a brief intro of yourself so i can give all the support, help, and create inspiration.
  • I ask that you have your questions already written down before our video call begins and send me your current fitness and nutrition pictures so i can give the best professional support and advice.
