About Me

Welcome to Rostam Fitness, where you will gain an understanding of your body and what you need to do to feel and look good.  As an ISSA Trained and Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist with a specialization in Sports Nutrition, I will be your guide to show you better ways to eat and show you how to strengthen your body and become fit for your age/gender and the lifestyle you want to achieve. 

Rostam Fitness started his journey in fitness when he was in high school, having played varsity football and wrestling he learned about the importance of team work and building stamina, endurance, discipline, developing a strong work ethic, willpower and a winning attitude.  He took 3rd place in CIF’s in wrestling in CA his senior year at high school. 

After high school, he started body building, initially his goal was focused on losing weight but in time he turned that goal into a life-long passion for learning about form, toning his body and eating well.  When he was 24, he was able to bench-press 500 lbs. on the Smith Machine which is a huge accomplishment. 

Rostam Fitness is a natural at fitness & health and he has incredible discipline.  In 2019 he decided to take his passion and lifestyle to help others achieve similar goals for their fitness and overall health.  He made a decision to pursue a career in Fitness & Nutrition. 

Nothing happens overnight, everyone starts somewhere

Have you heard of “You are what you eat”? This statement is so true – we are what we eat but also, we are what we DO in our daily actions from shopping and cooking to the kind of exercise/movement we have from the moment we wake up. 

My goal is to give you the confidence you need to perform at your highest level from whatever business background you are in and for whatever goal you may have.  I want to teach you what I’ve learned: endurance, stamina, work ethic, willpower and a passion for changing your eating and fitness habits to a lifestyle. 

My 4 week Ultimate Fit Package includes a component of cooking, grocery shopping, food & nutrition planning as well as fitness training.  I do offer single sessions that are solely fitness training based.  My Ultimate Fit Package offers a 3 day per week program – we can upgrade those to 5 days per week as needed for the client.
